REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: February 12, 2026
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
Return Authorization Required

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
Administrative Review Requirement
All return and refund requests are subject to internal administrative review. You agree to exhaust this administrative process before initiating any chargeback, arbitration, or legal action. Failure to follow this procedure may constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee covers processing, inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Route 50 Apparel LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom products or personalized items
• Special orders
• Perishable goods
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Final sale items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Certain politically themed or limited-release merchandise may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds for EU customers may still be subject to the 20% restocking fee to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee and any applicable deductions.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds.

Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first completing our return and administrative review process.
Improper chargebacks may be disputed, and we reserve the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and communications to your financial institution. Customers initiating abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may have future purchasing privileges revoked and may be responsible for associated recovery costs where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the returned product, less applicable restocking fees and shipping costs. Route 50 Apparel LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, reputational, political, employment-related, or economic damages arising from the use or return of merchandise.
Dispute Resolution
All refund-related disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained in our Terms of Service, including mandatory administrative exhaustion, pre-suit notice, cure period, binding arbitration, and class action waiver.
Maryland Consumer Protection Savings Clause
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. Any unenforceable provision shall be modified to comply with applicable law while preserving the intent of this policy.
